Version 2026-09-06, last updated 6 September 2026. This describes what happens today. It is not a description of what the site might do later.

Who is responsible

Az Gazzola, sole trader, of Suite 4034, Shop 7, 290-306 Anakie Rd, Norlane VIC 3214, Australia, decides what is collected and why.

The same person runs vids.tube, a live streaming site, which holds a great deal more. If you have chatted there, its own notice covers that: the vids.tube privacy notice.

What is collected here, in full

Your account. An email address and a password, held by Supabase. The password is stored as a hash, so it is never readable, here or by them.

Your dragon. Its name, its genetics and what stage it has reached. You make it, or it arrives from vids.tube if you have played there.

A token from vids.tube, when the game is shown on a broadcast overlay. It says which creature to show and nothing about who you are.

Ordinary server records kept by the site host, including the address your browser connects from. They exist to serve the site and to stop abuse, and nothing is built from them about you.

That is the whole list. There is no tracking, no advertising, and no profile built from how you use the site.

What is not collected

Nothing is sold here yet. There is no ordering, no payment and no delivery, so no name, no postal address and no card details are collected or held.

When that changes, this notice changes with it, and anybody holding an account is told before it takes effect rather than after.

Using the site without an account

You can look around without one. An account is needed only to have a dragon of your own, because there has to be somewhere to keep it.

One cookie is set, and only after you sign in: it is what keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies of any kind, on any page.

Why it is collected

To give you an account, to keep your dragon so it is still there when you come back, and to show it on a broadcast when you ask for that. Nothing here is collected for any other reason.

Who receives it

Supabase stores the account and the dragon. The site host serves the pages. vids.tube sends a creature across when you have played there, and receives nothing back about you.

Each holds it on instructions and may not use it for anything else. Both store it outside Australia, under that provider's own agreement. It is never sold, never rented, and never used for advertising, and it is not given to anybody else unless the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Your account and your dragon, until you delete the account. Deleting takes them both.

A creature that came from chatting on YouTube, where the person never linked a vids.tube account, goes 28 days after they were last seen, along with everything else held about them. Linking keeps it. That rule belongs to the streaming side and is set out in full in its notice.

Keeping it safe

Accounts are held by Supabase, and your password is stored only as a hash, so nobody can read it back. Connections to the site are encrypted, and the data is reachable only by the person who runs it.

No site can promise it will never be broken into. What can be promised is the second half: if information is lost or taken and it is likely to cause serious harm, it is assessed and, where the law requires it, you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner are told.

Nothing is sent to you that you did not ask for

There is no mailing list, no newsletter and no marketing. The only mail sent is about your own account, such as confirming an address or resetting a password.

Children

An account requires being 18 or over. Information is not knowingly collected about anybody younger, and if you believe it has been, write to the address below and it will be deleted.

What you can require

You can ask to see what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deleting your account does the last of those at once and takes your dragon with it.

Write to support@eco3d.shop and you will have an answer within a month, including where the answer is no and why.

Complaining

If you think your information has been mishandled, write to support@eco3d.shop saying what happened. You will have an answer within one month, saying what was found and what is being done, and if the answer is no, why.

If that does not settle it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which oversees privacy in Australia, at oaic.gov.au. You do not have to come here first, but it is usually quicker.

Changes to this notice

The version and the date at the top say which one you are reading. A change that affects what is held about existing account holders is announced to them before it takes effect, not after.
