Terms of use

Version 2026-09-06, in force from 6 September 2026. Your account records which version you agreed to.

Who you are agreeing with

Az Gazzola, sole trader, of Suite 4034, Shop 7, 290-306 Anakie Rd, Norlane VIC 3214, Australia. Write to support@eco3d.shop.

The service is offered in Australia and is not aimed at Europe or the United Kingdom. Holding an account requires being 18 or over.

Your account

An account is yours alone. Keep the password to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has it.

You can close it whenever you like. Closing deletes it, and your dragon goes with it. There is no version that keeps the data and closes the account: one honest exit is easier to describe than two.

Your dragon

A dragon is part of a game. It is not property, it carries no cash value, and it cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed for anything.

A dragon that reached you from vids.tube is kept on that site's rules, which include it being deleted 28 days after a chatter was last seen where they never linked an account. Linking keeps it.

We may change how the game works, including what a dragon can do and how it looks, as the game is built.

Nothing is for sale yet

Printing, ordering, payment and delivery are not available. Nothing on this site can be bought today, and no terms of sale exist because there are no sales.

When that changes, terms covering ordering, delivery, cancellation and refunds are published first, and anybody holding an account is told before they take effect. Those terms will have to give at least what the Australian Consumer Law requires: a repair, replacement or refund where something is faulty, and a refund where the failure is a major one.

Behaving reasonably

Do not break the law here, do not attack the site or try to reach somebody else's account, and do not use the site to harass anybody.

An account may be closed for any of those, and the reason is given.

What is not promised, and what cannot be taken away

The site is offered as it is, and is being built. It may be unavailable, features may change or be removed, and no promise is made that it will suit any particular purpose.

None of that limits the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Those guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by any agreement, and nothing written here attempts to. Where they apply, you are entitled to the remedies they give, whatever this page says.

Anything not covered by those guarantees is limited, so far as the law allows, to supplying the service again or paying to have it supplied again.

The streaming side

vids.tube is a separate service run by the same person, with its own terms: the vids.tube terms of use. They are linked rather than restated, so one set of terms governs what happens there rather than two that can drift.

Changes to these terms

The version and the date at the top say which one you are reading. A change that affects existing account holders is announced to them before it takes effect.
